I've been really behind on blogging lately, and for some reason this always really stresses me out. It's pretty lame since no one really reads this blog, but I can't describe it; it just makes me feel behind.
Anyway.
Last week was a pretty busy week. My sorority had a Date Party for Valentine's Day. We were supposed to dress up and wear Valentine's colors. It was pretty fun.
Also, last week I went to the John Mayer concert in Birmingham. It was a GREAT concert. I also loved getting to go home and see my family and two best friends during the week. A nice treat!
That was my third John Mayer concert and I think it gets better every time!
I'm so sad I don't have any snow pictures from Friday. My camera was dead. Luckily, Philip and Lo both had their cameras so I they got a few pictures so at least there are some.
Last weekend I went to see Valentine's Day. GO SEE IT! I absolutely loved it!
My very own Valentine's Day was really good too! I got some beautiful roses from Philip so I was ecstatic. I can't even describe how much I love getting flowers of any kind. A dozen red roses, four hand picked flowers, it doesn't matter, there's just something special to me about flowers, as corny as it sounds.
Big news in my life: I found out today that I am officially accepted to the College of Education Teacher Education Program! This means that I can finally be a Elementary Education Major instead of a Pre-Elementary Education Major and I can finally start taking all of my education classes. I have worked so far the past two years to make the grades to get into this program and it just feels so good to see it all finally pay off!
I think that's about it for now!
Also, a big HAPPY BIRTHDAY to one of my best friends, JAMIE MYERS! She is 20 years old today. This also means we have been friends for 20 years which is crazy! I love her dearly, and Jamie, if you're reading this, I hope you are having a great day! I'm excited to get to celebrate with her tonight!
