A Picture That Makes Me Happy- Day 6

Not much makes me happier than this right here.
This picture just defines Mexico (at least the Mexico I know) to me. The dirt roads, colorful little "casas" lining the street, the lack of grass, children without adult supervision, the outhouse in the background...yep, that's Mex.

I have this picture blown up and it is hanging in my room. I see it every day and it serves as a reminder to pray for the people in Mexico that I have met, those I will meet this year, and those that I might never meet.

And of course, it also reminds me of my beloved "Mexers" (the mission team) who I love and miss so much.

I'm not exaggerating by saying that I miss Mex everyday. It has such a special place in my heart. I need to find out from my cousin the official countdown. She starts counting the day we leave Mex and literally counts down every day until we're on our way again.

On another note, I am one work shift (5 pm to 10 pm tonight), and one possible lunch date tomorrow with Philip away from being HOME for Thanksgiving break, and by Thanksgiving break I mean for the weekend, until I have to come back to Auburn to work sometime before Thanksgiving.

Happy Thursday, everyone!
