Projects

Well, if you follow me on twitter you know that I'v been working on two projects. The first project I did was something that I copied from Staley. She actually modeled it (kind

 of) after a necklace worn by Jillian on the Bachelorette. Here it is:

Sorry, I'm not a professional photographer or anywhere close! Also, I know the necklace isn't perfect, but that's okay with me! I'm just proud that I made something wearable since I don't have an artistic bone in my body. It took me about 3 tries though to even get it to look like this, but it was fun making it. 

The next project I made is for my bedroom in my dorm/apartment this year. This was really hard for me to do. I've never had an art or painting class (except in elementary school, of course) so I was just kind of guessing at what I was doing. It's just paint and paint pen on a canvas, but here's project number two:

Again, it's not perfect and I'm not a professional photographer or artist, but I'm pretty pleased that it turned out acceptable. I'm hoping that by hanging this in my bedroom it'll help me start my days at school out right!
