I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend like I did!
On Friday, I left for the Auburn Christian Fellowship Leadership Retreat. I started going to ACF last year and I really liked it! This year, I am part of the sophomore leadership team called Roots. We'll have meetings once a week and we'll each have a certain duty to fulfill to help out around ACF throughout the week. I hope I am "Cookie Delivery"! A few days after your first visit to ACF someone brings you a GIANT chocolate chip cookie. It is amazing and I want to be a cookie deliverer!
Anyway, the retreat was at the pastor at ACF, Perry's, church so everyone was just told to bring a sleeping bag and sleep on the floor. Well, my friend, Lizzy, brought a queen sized air mattress complete with a blow up headboard so I slept on that with her. It was super comfortable!

After some very hot, awkward, outdoor get to know you games on Saturday afternoon we headed back to Auburn. Philip and I went to eat Mexican and then watched Star Wars and Spider Man (the first of both of those) since I had never seen them before. We're going to watch all of the Star Wars eventually, but not all at once ha. I did that with Lord of the Rings and now I can't remember a thing that happened in any of them!
Sunday, I went to Church of the Highlands and to Mama G's for lunch! So good! For dinner, I met some friends from my sorority and a few little kites for dinner! It was really fun! I love Niffer's!
So that was my weekend in a nutshell. It's only Monday but this week is off to a pretty good start! Hope everyone else's is too!-Rachel
